My Journey

Six years ago, I found myself overweight and in an unhappy relationship. This difficult period led me to discover the transformative power of fitness and self-care.

Falling in Love with Fitness

Everything changed when a friend suggested we try a Zumba class at a local gym. The vibrant energy, uplifting music, and supportive community reignited my passion for life. Inspired by this newfound enthusiasm, I embraced a plant-based diet and a healthier lifestyle. Over the next six months, I shed the weight and transformed my physical and mental health.

Becoming a Fitness Professional

Inspired by my own transformation, I trained to become a Zumba instructor and then pursued certifications in personal training and life coaching. I realized that true transformation starts with the mind, and I wanted to help others change their beliefs about what they could achieve.

Holistic Wellness Approach

Throughout my journey, I embraced various holistic practices, including meditation, yoga, and mindset training. These tools helped me develop a positive mindset, heal emotionally, and find inner peace. More recently, I became a certified yoga instructor, blending meditation, healing yin yoga, and plant-based nutrition into my programmes.
