My name is Maria & I’m the founder of Maria Jasmine Fitness.

Q. What is the difference between this programme & other weight loss programmes?

A. Most weight loss programmes focus on just 2 areas, exercise and calorie restriction. Often advertised as quick fixes. S T R I V E  has a large part of psychology & behaviour change elements, which are fundamental to ensuring you get long term results.

Q. Do I need to have a completely clear schedule to begin the course?

A. You need to be dedicated to follow the steps given to see the results. I recommend to have at least 6 hours per week to fully utilise the techniques given. An important part of the programme is to continue practising what you have learnt for 90 consecutive days. 

 

Q. What should I do if I don’t see results within 90 days?

A. The programme is designed to get you results if followed properly. If you have a large amount of weight to lose, it may take you longer to lose all of it, but if you follow the system, it will be making changes & if you keep following it, you will continue to improve. You will learn to retrain your brain so even when the 90 days are done you are hopefully carrying with you a whole new belief system about your health potential & relationship with food.

I suggest starting the programme over from the beginning. Allow as long as it takes to see results, because once you get there, it is extremely unlikely you will ever go back to your previous ways.

Q. What do I do when I finish the programme?
