This session is aimed at motivation and rebalance to give clarity on your goals.
Jumpstart your fitness journey with a focused, 45-minute session designed to reignite your motivation and clarify your goals. This session combines bodyweight exercises to target weight loss, toning, or flexibility, all while giving you the boost and direction needed to get back on track.
Perfect for rebalancing your body and mind, it’s an empowering session that will leave you feeling re-energized and focused on achieving your goals.

PLATINUM ESSENTIAL – One Session Per Week
Price: £260 per month (4 weeks)

One 45-minute session per week, combining light weight equipment and bodyweight exercises to support muscle toning, flexibility or weight loss.​
Email support between sessions for continuous motivation and guidance.
Each session is designed to help you progress with a customised approach, ensuring that you achieve your milestones effectively.

DIAMOND ACCELERATOR – Two Sessions Per Week
Price: £480 per month (4 weeks)

Two 45-minute sessions per week
For clients who are ready to fast-track their results with two sessions per week.
This intensive package helps boost performance and progress at an accelerated rate, combining personalised fitness routines and continuous support. check-ins for ongoing progress and accountability.

What Can I Expect from Personal Training?
When you book a personal training session with me, you’ll receive one-on-one guidance and tailored support.
Each session is crafted to match your individual goals, whether it's weight loss, toning, or flexibility. During our time together, I'll guide you through exercises, provide real-time feedback on your technique, and keep you motivated so you can reach your full potential. My approach ensures that every session is effective, enjoyable, and aligned with your personal journey.

Where Do the Sessions Take Place?
II offer personal training sessions in the comfort of your own home, so you can enjoy a convenient and private experience.
Space Recommendations:
A minimum space of 6 square meters (approximately 2.5m x 2.5m) is ideal for our sessions.
This will provide enough room for exercises focused on toning, stretching, and bodyweight movements, along with any small equipment we may use.
Please ensure the floor is non-slip for safety.
If you have a garden available, we may also be able to take our session outdoors for a refreshing change of environment.

What Do I Need for My Session?
For your session, please wear comfortable workout clothes which allow for flexible movement. A bottle of water to keep hydrated. Any home workout equipment you would like to use, such as dumbbells, an exercise mat and resistance bands.
I also provide some small travel equipment for your use.
To ensure you have steady energy throughout the session, it's important to eat a small meal a couple of hours before we meet.
Lastly, if you have any personal health items, such as an asthma inhaler or other necessary medication, please have them on hand.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
I know sometimes things come up, and I'm happy to offer flexibility.
However, to keep everything running smoothly for both of us and my other clients,
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
​
If notice is given after this time, the full session fee will be charged.
Please note: Payment for sessions is required in advance to confirm your booking.

How soon will I see results?
Everyone is different, so results can vary depending on how committed you are, how consistent you stay with your sessions, and whether you follow my advice outside of our workouts.
That being said, if you stay dedicated and put in the effort, you’ll start to notice improvements in your overall fitness within just a few weeks!
