Start by focusing on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 counts, then exhale through your mouth for 4 counts. Focus on the rise and fall of your stomach as you breathe.

Imagine you’re breathing in pure white light, filling your body with healing energy. Continue this for 1-2 minutes.

As you relax, visualize a bright circle of light in your mind. The goal is to clear your mind and focus solely on the light.

It's normal for thoughts to arise. When this happens, simply observe them without judgment, then gently refocus on the light.
