Hi, I’m Maria Jasmine, founder of Maria Jasmine Fitness and The Jasmine Retreat.
A few years ago, I was 50 pounds overweight, battling a thyroid condition, and stuck in an unhappy relationship. I felt miserable, exhausted from trying every diet, only to gain the weight back.
Then, I discovered the real secret—it wasn’t just about food or exercise. It was about my mindset, self-image, and what I believed I deserved. Once I changed that, everything else fell into place.
Now, I’m in a happy relationship, have reversed my thyroid condition, and have the energy to keep up with my son. I’ve created the life and body of my dreams, and now it’s my mission to help you do the same.
